Thomas No. 1197A68: The cup horn is an accessory for use with either the Q700 or Q500 Sonicator Ultrasonic Liquid Processor. The cup horn enables processing of multiple samples in small volumes, without the need for the probe to touch the sample. A #440 tube rack is included which holds 8 samples.
Thomas No. 1197A69: 4 Tip Horn for ultrasonic processing of 4 samples at one time. Each tip is 1/8" diameter and can be used with 1.5 - 15ml tubes.
Thomas No. 1197L58: The 24 Tip Horn processes each well of a 24 well plate simultaneously. This horn is effective for cell disruption, mixing, dissolution and many other applications. The 24 Tip Horn can be mounted inside the Sound Enclosure (#432B2) to reduce the noise level generatedby sonication. Alternatively, a Heavy Duty Stand is available (#438) which allows precise adjustment of the horn in and out of the microplate.
