The C30L Cleanroom Wiper is a nonwoven, hydro-entangled wiper made of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester and it is lighter weight than it's sister product, the C30 Wiper. See the PDF Specification for details. It is soft, absorbent and the material is low linting. The extractables are 0.010 for deionized water and 0.073 for isopropyl alcohol. Wiper sizes come in 4x4, 6x6, 9x9, 12x12, and 18x18 and packaging varies by the wiper size. See above for sizes and their respective packaging.
This material is outstanding for its absorbency and low values of particulates and non-volatile residues. It is comprised of a blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. The ultra-clean cellulose portion imparts this grade with its high absorbency and body, while the long polyester fibers contribute to dimensional stability, strength and wicking action. Grade C30L is produced using the process of hydroentanglement and is thus free of chemical binders.
